Orhan Yeşerenyuva graduated from “Ecole Lémania School of Commerce and Languages” in Lausanne, Switzerland and the “Center of Hotel Management” in Macerata, Italy.

Mr. Yeşerenyuva started his professional career in 1982 as a Front Desk employee at the Etap Marmara Hotel (Accor Group). He then worked in the preparation of Hotel Club Armonia for opening, and next, as the hotel's Front Office Manager, and Rooms Division Manager. Mr. Yeşerenyuva also served as the Manager of the Reşat Paşa Konağı Restaurant and Selamlık Night Club of Işıklar Holding; the Assistant General Manager of Ak Altın Plaza Hotel of Üçgen İnşaat in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan; the General Manager of a first-class holiday resort of an Austrian tourism company in Hammamet,Tunisia, as well as the General Manager of Festival Otelcilik A.Ş. of Pacha Tours, managing 6 of their hotels. In early 2000, he joined CNR Expo Group and served as the General Manager of CNR fair organization company. In July 2002, he transfered to Divan Hotel Group of Koç Holding where he served as the Assistant General Manager of Divan Talya, opened and managed the Divan City İstanbul and Divan İstanbul Asia.

At the beginning of 2013, Mr. Yeşerenyuva left the Divan Group to establish “Progress Hotel Management and Consultancy S.A.”.

He is a member of International Association of Skal Clubs Turkey and Chaine des Rotisseurs Turkey.

Consultant -  Retail  Industry, Hotel and Food & Beverage Management

Following her graduation in 1993, she stepped foot in Hotel Management at Antalya Altis Golf Hotel of BM Holding as a Management Trainee.

In 1996 she started to work for one of the pioneers of boutique hotels, Mega Residence Hotel Ankara – an entity of MNG Holding – as assistant Hotel Manager and continued for 9 years as Hotel Manager.

In 2005, she started at Divan Hotel Ankara as opening Hotel Manager and continued with various hotel management positions at Divan Hotels for five years. Her consecutive management positions were Director of Hotel and Support Services at Universal Hospitals Group with 13 hospitals; Sales Marketing and Revenue Manager of Anemon Hotels with 17 hotels operating in Anatolia; Opening and Operations Manager of Armaggan Bosporus Suites - a high-end luxury boutique hotel; Customer Care Manager of Emaar Turkey – a multipurpose residential and commercial project with 1000 residential units.

During her management positions in different operations, she developed high skills in pre-opening, FF&E, budgeting, setting standard operating procedures and defining work flows and job scopes.

Banu is working as a freelance consultant at “Progress Hotel Investment and Consultancy A.Ş.” as of January 2019. Banu is a member of İstanbul Skal club and Ankara Wine club.

Consultant – Travel Agencies Operations

Gökalp graduated from Galatasaray High School in 1981 and received his degree in business administration from Boğaziçi University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 1991 . He began his career at Cosmovel Travel Agency in 1979, and after taking various positions at the agency, he transfered to Club Méditerraneé Kuşadası in 1980.

Between 1981-1983, Gökalp served at Gürkay Tourism Agency as a Transport Supervisor, also working as a professional guide between 1983-1992.

In 1992, he joined Pacha Tours as an Incoming Supervisor, and served as Incoming  Manager and Assistant General Manager until 2004.

Gökalp left Pacha Tours in 2004 and joined Age Tourism & Events  travel agency where he still serves as partner and  Incoming Manager today.

Gökalp works for Progress HMC as a Freelance Consultant since the beginning of 2013.

İsmail İnözü graduated from Akasya High School and finished his pre-bachelor degree in Marmara University Tourism & Hotel Management.He started his first Professional toursim life in The Plaza Hotel as Recepcionist whish he has started as a trainee in the same Hotel.

In 1997 in his first chain Hotel experience, he started to work as a Recepcionist in Crowne Plaza Hotel Ataköy and has worked to continue as Reception Shiftleader & Night Manager and got promotion to Sales Department and left the Hotel as Corporate Sales Manager within 8 years.

In 2005 he has moved to Lares Park Hotel Taksim as Sales & Marketing Manager and continued about 6 years and transferred to Hilton Worldwide Group in 2010 for the new openning Hotel of DoubleTree by Hilton Old Town as ‘Director of Sales & Marketing’.

During 9 years İsmail has worked around 6 years as Director of Sales and 2 years as Assistant General Manager and for the last year as Deputy General Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Old Town.

In the begining of 2020 he has openned his own company All Events whish is related with Meetings & Events & Trainings.

He continues his academic carreer as a lecturer in VATEL Business Tourism School and has trainings about ‘Company Economics’ and ‘Hospitality Sales’ lessons since 5 years.Also he manages trainings to 5 star Hotel chains about ‘ Sales Strategies’ & ‘Revenue Management’ & ‘Personal Developement’ trainings as well.

İsmail works for Progress HMC as a Freelance Consultant since the beginning of 2020.
